How Maestro Generates Value

ENERGY EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENTS

Maestro continuously optimises power consumption for the current ambient conditions. Every five seconds, Maestro identifies the optimal operating condition and directs the system. Through this approach, Maestro is also able to learn incremental improvements whenever it encounters a new
condition and keeps track of what best looks like. While results vary from site to site, we have seen an average of 10%-15% efficiency improvements with Maestro.

ASSET CONDITION MONITORING

Maestro leverages digital twins of the compressors to drive energy efficiency. These digital twins also inform our analysis of your current compressor.
By comparing your actual compressor behaviour to the digital twin of your compressor, we can quantify the magnitude of degradation of your compressors, helping you make better decisions about your assets.

OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

How does Maestro Work?

In practical terms, we install the Maestro control module at your site. The Maestro control module can
then listen, learn, and communicate with your site, driving continuous energy efficiency autonomously.

Periodically, the performance data gets sent back to Beca where the team will review the data and provide refinements and generate further insights.
